The advertised positions include i.a. following tasks and work areas:
- Prevention, values and education, in the form of socio-educational group and individual work
- Assistance for young people in challenging life situations
- Development and implementation of own projects together with the addressees
- Supporting the initiative of young people
- Advice and support for youth initiatives and groups
- Collaboration with and support of volunteer or self-managed active (young) people
- Reflection, evaluation and documentation of social work
- Developing cooperation and colaboration with other institutions / projects / initiatives, i.a. from the field of child and youth welfare including youth bodies work
- Concept design and reporting
- socio-administrative activities, e.g. Cash management, billing and contracting
required conditions:
- completed university studies (BA, diploma or M.A. social education / social work) according to standard
- an attitude associated with the canon of values of the "Roter Baum"
- comprehensive knowledge of SGB VIII as well as good knowledge of SGB II, III, IX and XII
- Organizational ability and independent work, resilience and reliability as well as the willingness to flexible working hours and commitment within the company and club structures
desirable conditions:
- Experiences in the (open) youth work
- Knowledge in dealing with "new media" and relationship work via social networks
- Knowledge in the area of conception and quality development
- Knowledge in the field of event organization and sponsoring
Special Knowledge and abilities:
- Empathy for the topics and life-worlds of young people
- independent work and teamwork
- Readiness for further education
The weekly working time is 20-40 hours and is unlimited. The compensation of the job is based on TvÖD.
